Frequently asked questions
Where are your pieces made?
All pieces by The Highland Folk are thoughtfully designed in the Southern Highlands. Each item is produced in small batches with a strong focus on quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail.
Are your garments handmade?
Yes. Many of our pieces are made by hand or finished with hand-crafted details. We choose a slower production process to ensure every garment meets our standards of quality and care.
What fabrics do you use?
We prioritise natural and breathable fabrics wherever possible. Each product description includes fabric details so you know exactly what you’re wearing and how it will feel against the skin.
How should I care for my garment?
To extend the life of your garment, we recommend gentle washing in cold water and air drying. Specific care instructions can be found on each product page and garment label.
Are your pieces made in limited quantities?
Yes. We create our collections in small batches to reduce waste and maintain quality. Once a piece is sold out, it may not be restocked.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
As many of our pieces are made in small runs, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us and we will assist you.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are processed within a few business days. Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on your location. You will receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Will the colour look exactly the same as the photos?
We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to natural lighting, fabric texture, and screen settings.
