At The Highland Folk, every order is carefully handmade, packed, and shipped from our Southern Highlands studio. We appreciate your patience and support of our slow-made process.

Order Processing Time

All of our products are handmade in small batches.
Please allow 3–7 business days for your order to be made and prepared before shipping.

During peak periods, launches, or sales, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you directly.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $120 AUD, unless otherwise stated.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • Orders are shipped via Australia Post or a trusted courier

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal service delays

International Shipping

We ship worldwide from Australia.

  • International delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days after dispatch

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services

Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available.

Delays & Lost Parcels

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather events or other circumstances beyond our control

If your parcel appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
The Highland Folk is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
