Where do you ship to and from?
The Highland Folk studio is based in the Southern Highlands, Sydney Australia, and ship around Australia, USA, and NZ.
What are your processing times?
Orders will be dispatched within 3-7 business days after placing your order excluding public holidays and weekends. You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us with tracking details as soon as your order is dispatched.
Our courier is Australia Post.
Standard Delivery within 2-7 working days from the day of dispatch.
Express Delivery within 2-3 working days (3-5 working days for regional areas) from dispatch
International shipping can range. Approx 9-25 days.
How can I track my order?

My parcel has had an attempted delivery, what should I do?
Usually when there has been an attempted delivery of your parcel it is being held at your local post office for you to collect. The first thing you should do is contact your local post office and ask if they have any information about the parcel. Parcels are usually held for up to two weeks. Check your tracking for more info. What is your return/refund policy?
